This No Refund Policy governs all payments made to TTI Indore for educational programs, training modules, workshops, study materials, online sessions, hybrid courses, seminars, certifications, and any related services.
By enrolling in any program and making payment (whether full payment or installment), the student expressly acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
All registration fees, admission charges, booking amounts, installment payments, material charges, and course fees once paid shall not be refunded, adjusted, or credited for any reason including but not limited to change of mind, personal reasons, financial difficulty, relocation, scheduling conflicts, health issues, dissatisfaction, partial attendance, non-attendance, or discontinuation of the course.
TTI Indore does not guarantee academic outcomes, financial gains, trading success, employment opportunities, income generation, or certification benefits. Dissatisfaction based on expectations of financial performance, market results, or personal outcomes shall not constitute grounds for refund.
In the event a student is unable to attend classes, misses sessions, or discontinues participation for any reason, no refund or fee adjustment shall be provided. Access to online portals, recorded sessions, or study material once granted shall be considered service delivery initiation and shall make the payment non-refundable.
If a student is suspended or terminated due to misconduct, violation of institutional rules, defamation, disruptive behavior, unauthorized recording, misuse of intellectual property, or breach of Terms & Conditions, no refund shall be granted.
Installment-based enrollments create a binding financial obligation. Failure to continue attending classes does not cancel the obligation to complete pending installment payments. TTI Indore reserves the right to recover outstanding dues through lawful means.
Batch transfers, if allowed, shall be solely at the discretion of management and shall not imply refund eligibility. Administrative charges may apply where applicable.
TTI Indore reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty allocation, delivery mode (offline/online/hybrid), venue, or course structure due to operational, technical, regulatory, or force majeure reasons. Such changes shall not qualify for refund claims.
In case of force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, technical outages, or circumstances beyond institutional control, the institute may reschedule, shift to online mode, or provide alternative arrangements without refund liability.
Any exceptional request for refund shall be reviewed strictly at the sole discretion of management. The decision of TTI Indore shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.
All disputes relating to payments or refund matters shall be governed by the laws of India and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
By completing payment and enrollment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this No Refund Policy without coercion.
